netiquette
netiquette is etiquette and network put together, this affects people that don't know what to do on the Internet like they shout when using all CAPS and use sarcasm and the reader doesnt know it, good netiquette is when you dont type in ALL CAPS when typing and not to use sarcasm and poor netiquette is when you do use all caps and useing sarcasm

This is a really thoughtful definition of netiquette. It leaves the door open for people who make mistakes because they do not know any better to learn from their mistakes. I like to write that Netiquette is the social code of the internet because it is the combination of the words network and etiquette, just like you. Sometime I use a really big word to explain how the words get put together. A portmanteau is the combination of two words.
